Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Sandmartin International Holdings Limited
("Sandmartin International") will cease after the close of business on
Monday, 04/05/2026. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2934)
of Sandmartin International as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Sandmartin International
will only be under the following arrangements: -
