SG GROUP HLDGS<01657> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by SG Group Holdings
Limited ("SG Group"), the share subdivision of 1 share of HKD0.01 each
("Old Shares") in SG Group into 10 subdivided shares of HKD0.001 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 05/10/2026.  As from Monday,
05/10/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1657) for trading in the Old Shares:-
