KING INTL INV<00928> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by King
International Investment Limited ("King International"), the
share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.05 each ("Old Shares")
in King International into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.5 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 30/09/2026. As from Wednesday,
30/09/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 928) for trading in the Old Shares:-
