SAM WOO CONS<03822> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Sam Woo Construction Group Limited ("Sam Woo
Construction") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,
20/03/2025. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2942) of Sam Woo
Construction as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Sam Woo Construction will only
be under the following arrangements: -
