ENVISION GREEN<01783> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited
("Envision Greenwise") will cease after the close of business on
Thursday, 30/10/2025. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2945)
of Envision Greenwise as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Envision Greenwise
will only be under the following arrangements: -
