SMART FISH<00139> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited ("Smart Fish")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 31/10/2025.   As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2946) of Smart Fish as represented by
old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Smart Fish will only be under the following arrangements: -
