ANCHORSTONE<01592> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Anchorstone Holdings Limited ("Anchorstone"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares")
in Anchorstone into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.10 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 24/10/2025.  As
from Friday, 24/10/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 1592) for trading in the Old Shares:-
