UNITY ENT<02195> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Unity
Enterprise Holdings Limited ("Unity Enterprise"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
Unity Enterprise into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.10 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 28/10/2025. As from Tuesday,
28/10/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 2195) for trading in the Old Shares:-
