CHINA ENERGY<00228> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by China Energy
Development Holdings Limited ("China Energy"), the capital reorganisation
which comprises the share consolidation of 40 shares of HKD0.05 each
("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated  share of HKD2.00 each and the capital
reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HKD2.00 each in
China Energy to HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
03/11/2025.  As from Monday, 03/11/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 228) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
