CN CULTURAL T&A<00542> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China
Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited ("China Cultural
Tourism"), the share consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.01 each
("Old Shares") in China Cultural Tourism into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 03/11/2025.
As from Monday, 03/11/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 542) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
