XINMING CHINA<02699> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by Xinming
China Holdings Limited ("Xinming China"), the capital reorganisation
which comprises the share consolidation of 100 shares of HKD0.01 each
("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each and the
capital reduction of nominal value of the consolidated shares from
HKD1.00 each in Xinming China to HKD0.01 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 26/05/2025. As from Monday, 26/05/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 2699)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
