Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Jakota Capital (Holding) Group ("Jakota Capital")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 29/07/2026. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
the consolidated shares (stock code: 2967) of Jakota Capital as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Jakota Capital will only be under the following
arrangements: -
