XH NEWS MEDIA<00309> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited ("Xinhua News
Media") will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 29/07/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2968) of Xinhua News Media as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Xinhua News Media will only be under the following arrangements: -
