GLOBAL BIO-CHEM<00809> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Global Bio-Chem Technology Group Company Limited
("Global Bio-Chem Technology") will cease after the close of business on
Friday, 31/07/2026. As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2969) of Global
Bio-Chem Technology as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Global Bio-Chem Technology will
only be under the following arrangements: -
