ARTGO HOLDINGS<03313> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Artgo Holdings
Limited ("Artgo Holdings"), the share consolidation of 10 shares of
HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Artgo Holdings into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 02/07/2026.  As
from Thursday, 02/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 3313) for trading in the Old Shares:-
