YOUZAN<06051> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Youzan Technology
Limited ("Youzan"), the share consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each
("Old Shares") in Youzan into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.20 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 03/07/2026.  As from Friday, 03/07/2026,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 6051) for trading in the Old Shares:-
