WANGUO GOLD GP<03939> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Wanguo Gold Group Limited ("Wanguo Gold")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 02/01/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2979) of Wanguo Gold as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Wanguo Gold will only be under the
following arrangements: -
