Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
 ordinary shares of Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited
("Golden Wheel Tiandi") will cease after the close of business on Monday,
23/06/2025.   As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2980) of Golden Wheel
Tiandi as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Golden Wheel Tiandi will only be under the
following arrangements: -
