ZHENGWEI GROUP<02147> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Zhengwei Group Holdings Company Limited
("Zhengwei Group") will cease after the close of business on Monday,
02/02/2026.   As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2981) of
Zhengwei Group as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Zhengwei Group will only be
under the following arrangements: -
