HONY MEDIA<00419> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Hony Media
Group ("Hony Media"), the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.02
each ("Old Shares") in Hony Media into 1 consolidated share of
HKD0.20 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 11/12/2025. As
from Thursday, 11/12/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 419) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
