CMON<01792> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by CMON Limited
("CMON"), the share consolidation of 35 shares of HKD0.00005 each
("Old Shares") in CMON into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.00175 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 11/12/2025. As from Thursday,
11/12/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1792) for trading in the Old Shares:-
