IRC<01029> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by IRC Limited
("IRC"), the share consolidation of 10 shares ("Old Shares") in IRC into
1 consolidated share ("New Shares") will become effective on 27/06/2025.
As from Friday, 27/06/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 1029) for trading in the Old Shares:-
