A GX EV BATT<03139> - Change of Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of
Global X Electric Vehicle and Battery Active ETF has been changed to
"Global X EV and Humanoid Robot Active ETF". Accordingly, the stock
short name of its units (stock code: 3139) will also be changed to
"A GX EV ROBOT" with effect from Monday, 29/09/2025.
