Market participants are requested to note that the Chinese company name
of ZG Group has been changed. Accordingly, the Chinese stock short name
of its ordinary shares (stock code: 6676) and warrants (stock code: 2572)
will also be changed with effect from Wednesday, 01/04/2026 while its
English stock short name remain unchanged.
