TECHTRONIC IND<00669> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 05/10/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 669) of Techtronic Industries Company Limited
("Techtronic Industries") will be changed from 500 shares to 100 shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the existing
share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary
shares of Techtronic Industries will commence on Monday, 05/10/2026 under
the following particulars:
