FENGYINHE<08030> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 28/10/2025, the board lots for trading
in the ordinary shares (stock code: 8030) of Fengyinhe Holdings
Limited ("Fengyinhe") will be changed from 5,000 shares to 1,000
shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour
as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of Fengyinhe will commence on
Tuesday, 28/10/2025 under the following particulars:
