QINGDA ORIENTAL<08115> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 30/09/2026, the board lots for trading
in the H shares (stock code: 8115) of Qingda Oriental Group Co., Ltd.
("Qingda Oriental") will be changed from 4,000 H shares to 500 H shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the existing
share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the H shares of
Qingda Oriental will commence on Wednesday, 30/09/2026 under the following
particulars:
