Market participants are requested to note that the company name
of Bortex Global Limited has been changed to "Zhongzi International
Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary
shares (stock code: 8118) will also be changed to "ZHONGZI INTL H"
with effect from Friday, 27/02/2026.
