Group (Holdings) Limited has been changed to "Jiufang Digital Technology
Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary
shares (stock code: 8238) will also be changed to "JIUFANG DIGITAL" with
effect from Monday, 03/08/2026.
