Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Worldgate Global Logistics Ltd has been changed to "VSING Limited"
without adopting any Chinese name. Accordingly, the stock short
name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8292) will also be changed
to "VSING" with effect from Friday, 31/10/2025.
