Market participants are requested to note that the company name
of Grand Talents Group Holdings Limited has been changed
to "Zhong Ying International Group Limited". Accordingly,
the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8516)
will also be changed to "ZY INTL" with effect from Monday, 26/01/2026.
