CH NETCOMTECH<08071> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of China Netcom Technology Holdings Limited
("China Netcom Technology") will cease after the close of business
on Tuesday, 04/08/2026.   As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8571)
of China Netcom Technology as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of China Netcom Technology
will only be under the following arrangements: -
