CB GLOBAL<08026> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China Brilliant
Global Limited ("China Brilliant"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.1 each ("Old Shares") in China Brilliant into 1 consolidated share
of HKD1.0 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 02/10/2026.  As from
Friday, 02/10/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 8026) for trading in the Old Shares:-
