POLYFAIR HLDGS<08532> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Polyfair
Holdings Limited ("Polyfair Holdings"), the share consolidation of
10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Polyfair Holdings into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 16/01/2026. As from Friday, 16/01/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8532)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
