ALPHA PRO HLDGS<00948> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 02/09/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 948) of Alpha Professional Holdings
Limited ("Alpha Professional") will be changed from 20,000 shares to
10,000 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and
colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of Alpha Professional will commence on
Wednesday, 02/09/2026 under the following particulars:
