XIMEI RESOURCES<09936> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 05/05/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 9936) of Ximei Resources Holding Limited
("Ximei Resources") will be changed from 2,500 shares to 500 shares.
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares of Ximei
Resources will commence on Tuesday, 05/05/2026 under the following
particulars:
