Please be informed that the "PRV CLOSE" (Previous Closing Price) on the
stock counter of the trading devices of YUEXIU REIT (Stock Code: 405)
will not be adjusted and will be presented as "N/A" on 2 April 2026,
the ex-date. This arrangement is made on the grounds that the actual
amount of the final distribution per unit will not be known until the
record date on 9 April 2026.
