It is a set of compact disks comprising issuer documents (both English and Chinese versions) published by the issuers of structured products (such as derivative warrants, Callable Bull Bear Contracts, or CBBC) and debt securities listed on HKEX's Main Board.
Issuer documents include base listing documents; supplementary listing documents; prospectuses; offering circulars and information memoranda.
Each set of compact diskettes contains issuer documents published in the respective calendar year. The documents are stored in PDF format.
With the built-in simple search engine provided in each disk, documents can be retrieved quickly by company name or stock code.
