Director Training Programme

The Director Training Programme is part of the Exchange’s ongoing commitment to promote and maintain good corporate governance standards and practices amongst issuers.

The Directors Training comes in two parts: (1) the director training webcast series in 2017/2018, which we invited distinguished speakers to provide listed companies directors practical advice and tips on how to tackle challenging scenarios through real-life case studies; and (2) the director e-training which in an e-training format to help directors to develop and refresh their knowledge and skills so as to ensure that their contribution to the board remains informed and relevant.
