The Company provides international freight forwarding and logistics services, with a primary focus on air/sea freight forwarding and related services, trucking and warehousing, trading of used mobile phones, and manufacturing and trading of plastic products. Its air/sea freight services consist of import and export international freight services by air and sea, arranging customs clearance, preparation of freight documentation and cargo handling at ports as well as supporting transportation (includes trucking and value-added services) and warehousing services as part of the comprehensive services. Its trucking and related services have two categories: supporting service for its freight forwarding business, and service which does not involve sea freight or air freight. Listed issuers are required by Listing Rules to publish a Monthly Return to provide an update on a fixed monthly basis the movement of its issued capital by 8:30am of the fifth business day following the end of each calendar month.
