The Exchange Auditorium is located inside the Exchange Exhibition Hall. The Auditorium is suitable for holding corporate functions such as general meetings, press conferences and seminars. It is equipped with standard conference-room facilities and can accommodate about 170 people in a theatre-seating arrangement.

SEHK Listed Companies, Exchange and Clearing House Participants, Trading Right Holders and related professional bodies may use the Auditorium at a cost. Applications from other external parties will also be considered on a case-by-case basis while priority will be given to applicants who are holding events relevant to the financial market. Five sessions are open for interested parties to use on trading days. Any additional hour outside the prescribed period of use before 8:00pm will be charged at $2,500 an hour.
