Reappointments to the Listing Committees
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announced today (Friday) reappointments to the Listing Committees of the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM).
Under the Listing Rules of the Main Board and the GEM, the current Listing Committee members must vacate office today unless they are reappointed.
All current members of the Committees who were available for reappointment were reappointed. In addition, Marvin Cheung and Moses Cheng were reappointed the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Committees respectively.
The Exchange wishes to thank Peter Tsang, who did not seek reappointment, for his dedicated service to the Committees.
The vacancies on the Committees resulting from Mr Tsang's decision to step down and two other vacancies on the Main Board's Listing Committee will be filled in due course.
Details of the reappointments are set out in the attached schedule.
