The Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has today considered the composition of its Committees and the Consultative Panels following the new appointment and re-election of directors yesterday (20 April 2011), and resolved to change the composition of certain Committees as follows. The composition of other Committees and Consultative Panels remains unchanged.
