Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s Financial Affairs Office today (Wednesday) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and the exchange of information.

The MOU was signed by HKEx’s Head of Issuer Marketing Eric Landheer and Li Zhiyong, Deputy Director of Guangxi’s Financial Affairs Office.  The signing ceremony was held during the Hong Kong-Guangxi Financial Cooperation Symposium in Hong Kong and was witnessed by Huang Shengjie, Deputy Secretary-general of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and other senior representatives from the region.
