INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, closely correspond to the performance of the MSCI Europe Quality 100% Hedged to USD Index. The Manager intends to adopt primarily a full replication strategy to achieve the investment objective of the Fund. The Fund intends to invest in currency forwards for hedging purposes. In implementing currency hedging, the Fund will replicate the hedging methodology of the Index.
