The Hong Kong Futures Exchange (HKFE) said today that its trading calendar has been changed. As a result of the Government's appointment of 31 December 1999 as an additional general holiday, the Last Trading Day and Final Settlement Day for the December 1999 Hang Seng Index, Hang Seng 100, Hang Seng Properties Sub-index and Hang Seng China-Affiliated Corporations (Red-Chip) Index futures and options contracts; and the December 1999 stock futures contracts will be on 29 December 1999 and 30 December 1999 respectively.
