The Council of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong yesterday (Monday) accepted the resignation of Mr Tim Lewis.  Mr Lewis offered his resignation on personal grounds.

Mr Andrew Lo Tak Shing will replace Mr Lewis as Deputy Convenor of the Council's Finance Committee.

Mr. Lewis will remain as a member of the Council's Listing Committee.
