The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong today (Monday) made information submitted to it under the Securities (Disclosure of Interests) Ordinance (SDI Ordinance) available on its web site.

SDI daily summaries will be available under the section of Market News of the Exchange web site at http://www.sehk.com.hk.

The SDI daily summaries consist of notifications to the Exchange by substantial shareholders, and directors or chief executives of listed companies, and the findings of company investigations reported by listed companies in accordance with section 18 of the SDI Ordinance.

The Exchange’s database holds the current and previous months’ SDI Daily Summaries reports. Users can access information by entering the stock name, or the name of a substantial shareholder, director or chief executive of a listed company and clicking the search button.

All search results are shown in order of the date of the SDI Daily Summaries reports.
