The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued a first batch of determination notices to 294 Chark Fung Securities claimants last Thursday (July 29). In addition, it issued determination notices to 450 C.A. Pacific Securities clients and to 87 Forluxe Securities clients in July.

All the Chark Fung Securities and Forluxe Securities claims were successful and a large majority of the C.A. Pacific Securities claims were successful. This brings to 2,803 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities and 254 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Forluxe Securities.

Copies of the determination notice were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission for payment to the claimants.
