Appointment of GEM Listing Committee Members

The Council of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong appointed at its meeting today (Tuesday) members of the first Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Listing Committee.
The GEM Listing Committee will exercise all the powers and functions of the Council in relation to all GEM listing matters, including processing of listing applications and the admission of sponsors.
